Proven understanding of software delivery from inception to deployment using structured development practices and agile delivery methodologies.

Minimum 5 years of experience in software application project management.

SAFe certification or practice of equivalent.

(Extensive industry experience and demonstrable knowledge may be used to replace this requirement).

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or other technical area.

Promote, and ensure an environment of psychological safety, equality and equity throughout the organization.

Cultivate, as a servant leader, a culture that reflects the values of SAFe Agile and Scrum (alignment, quality, transparency, and execution).

Mediate conflicts and facilitate open communication between Product and Development.

Facilitate collaboration with other Scrum Masters and Product/Project Managers within the organization to discuss and utilize cross product features and functionalities.

Help the Team, Management and Product Owner(s) hold the team accountable to a Definition of Done and Definition of Ready.

Report risks and mitigation suggestions to product management on a regular basis.

Work with external teams on whom the Team has dependencies.

Help the Team identify and address all impediments.

Report meaningful, appropriate, and timely information to management.Assist the Product Owners in grooming the Product Backlog.Maintain Scrum tools Task Board, Burndown chart, Product Backlog, etc.Any other meeting identified as necessary by the teams.Facilitate and educate the team on all Agile Ceremonies.Facilitate meetings for the teams, including preparing, moderating and post-processing the meeting results.Work closely with other scrum masters to implement and follow company standards for Agile excellence.Work closely with offshore team members, onsite team members, and onsite coordinators.Volunteer in your community and we will pay for that too.
